Accurate business information

Act only for a business you are authorized to represent. Use accurate contact, service-area, qualification and equipment information. Do not imply government approval, guaranteed rebates, continuous insurance coverage or independent review that has not occurred. Paid services do not purchase favourable reviews or editorial conclusions.

Public photos and documents

Upload only material you have permission to publish. Redact private addresses, signatures, policy numbers, customer details and unnecessary personal information. Approved public files may be copied by visitors. Contact support to request removal or report a rights or privacy concern.

Third-party reviews

Review excerpts and ratings reflect their identified source and may be incomplete or change. They are not our independent assessment of each job. Do not submit fabricated, purchased, undisclosed incentivized, or impersonated reviews. Report a source-platform review problem to that platform and tell us if displayed information needs correction.

Scam and safety reports

Describe your own experience factually and distinguish what happened from what you suspect. Provide only necessary details. Do not publish private contact details, threats, financial records, or unsubstantiated accusations. Submission does not establish fraud. We may withhold, redact, summarize or remove reports after review. This form does not file a police report or resolve a contractor dispute; contact the appropriate authority for urgent concerns.

Moderation and corrections

We review concerns according to the evidence and applicable rights. Payment does not exempt a listing from review or buy removal of criticism. We may ask for clarification and give an affected business an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Email support with the page link, the issue and supporting facts for a correction, privacy request, rights complaint or moderation review. Do not email unnecessary sensitive documents.
