Accessibility & Website Assistance
Heat Pumps Nova Scotia is an independent directory and information service. Contact hello@heatpumpsnovascotia.ca for business, billing, and privacy enquiries.
Our approach
We aim to make directory information and core tasks usable with keyboards, clear labels and readable content. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a design and review target, not a certification or a claim that every page already meets every criterion.
Report a barrier or request help
Email support with the page or task, what prevented you from completing it, and the format or assistance you need. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or disability details. We can review the barrier and discuss another way to access the information or complete the task.
External tools
Maps, payment pages and other third-party services may have their own accessibility limitations. If one prevents you from completing a task, contact support so we can discuss assistance. We continue to assess accessibility as content and tools change.
