Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

What you are purchasing

Our paid services are business verification reviews and sponsored directory placement. They do not include installation work, homeowner leads, referral commissions, guaranteed sales, or government certification. Verification alone is a one-time review charge. Featured and Promotion renew monthly or yearly as selected; the Verified + Featured bundle renews yearly and includes an initial verification review.

Price and service delivery

Prices are in CAD. Confirm the checkout total, applicable taxes and billing interval before paying. A verification purchase enters a manual review workflow and may require supporting information. Payment does not guarantee approval or publish a hidden listing. Placement appears only while the listing is published and its paid entitlement is active.

Stopping future renewal

Open your contractor portal and choose Manage billing to cancel future renewal in Stripe. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective date shown there. If access fails, email support promptly with your business name and order reference. Do not send card numbers. Removing or hiding a listing, deleting browser data, or unsubscribing from marketing does not by itself stop a subscription.

Refund requests and billing errors

Cancellation of future renewal is separate from a refund for a past payment. Contact support about duplicate or unauthorized charges, a service not delivered, a review you wish to stop before it begins, or another refund concern. We assess the order, work performed, representations made and applicable legal rights, and explain the decision. There is no automatic refund promise for a rejected verification review or a lack of enquiries; this does not remove statutory rights or remedies.

Records and disputes

Include your business name, listing, purchase date and Stripe order reference when requesting help. Keep your checkout details, receipt and cancellation confirmation. Stripe receipts and invoices are available through billing tools. Raise billing concerns with support; any rights to contact your payment provider or seek an available legal remedy remain intact.
